Using this website

You may browse the site and use the contact form for genuine enquiries. Please don't send spam, try to break the site, or use automated tools to collect the directory.

The doctor directory

• Profiles are written by the doctors or their clinics. We check them before they appear but we don't verify every claim, and a listing is not a recommendation.
• The directory is for finding a doctor's contact details. It is not medical advice, and it is not for emergencies. In an emergency, call 1990 or go to the nearest hospital.
• We may refuse or remove a profile that is misleading, offensive or out of date.

Web portals

• The staff, lab and patient portals are for people a clinic or laboratory has authorised. Keep your password and sign-in codes to yourself.
• Portals show what the clinic has chosen to share, as it was when the clinic's Doctor Wallet last synchronised. They are not a replacement for the clinic's own records.
• We may suspend access that looks misused or when a clinic's licence is suspended.

Our responsibility

We work to keep the website and portals available and accurate, but they are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss caused by the website or portals being unavailable or out of date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
