Doctor Wallet

Questions

What clinics ask us first.

Does it work when the internet is down?

Yes. Doctor Wallet runs on your own PCs and keeps its data there, so tokens, consultations and receipts carry on. Changes are sent to the cloud when the internet returns. SMS and the web portals need the internet.

Where is our patient data kept?

On your clinic's PC, in an encrypted database, and in a private cloud database that belongs to your clinic alone. We never put patient information on the public website.

Can several PCs share one clinic?

Yes. One PC is the Hub that holds the data; the others on the same network connect to it securely, and receipts print on the PC that is in front of the printer.

What happens if a PC breaks?

Restore the latest backup on a new PC, activate it with your App ID and carry on. The cloud copy fills in anything newer than the backup.

What do I need to install it?

A Windows PC. LankaNova sets up your App ID and activation key, installs the software and trains your staff.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the size of your clinic and what you need, so we ask you to contact us. We will give you a clear price before you commit.

Is there an Android app?

Yes, an Android app for the staff portal, so the front desk can use a phone or tablet.

Can I try it first?

Yes. Ask for a demo and we will show it with sample patients, or install a trial on your own PC.
